About Tommy

Tommy Manzella is a graduate of Tulane University's A. B. Freeman School of Business ('05) with a double major in Marketing and Legal Studies in Business. He spent his first 10 post-graduate years pursuing a career as a professional baseball player. After retiring from baseball in 2014, Tommy transitioned into his second career as a Mortgage Lender, joining The Uzee Lending Team at Gulf Coast Bank. He works great with first-time homebuyers, offers many grant program options in addition to the standard Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and Jumbo loan programs, and is very experienced in structuring renovation loans.

My goal is to offer knowledgeable and honest advice for all my clients, matching them with the best loan program for their needs. I work hard to pinpoint and offer solutions to potential roadblocks, ensuring that their home-buying experience goes as smooth as possible. I want my borrowers to look back on the loan process and know that all of their needs were met, all of their questions were answered, and their loan was closed efficiently and timely.
