Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain the information subject to this consent, you must have or have access to equipment that meets the hardware and software requirements:

• Microsoft Windows 10 or later or Mac OS X 10.15 or later

• Available browser updates applied for improved security that provide anti-virus and spyware protection.

• An internet connection with a minimum of 1 Mbps download speed

NOTE: Satellite connections often have difficulty supporting Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) applications. Since GCB Digital Banking is HTTPS-encrypted for the safety of your financial information, some satellite cable connections may exhibit slow responses.

 

BROWSER REQUIREMENTS:

 

Certain older web browsers may not be supported by Gulf Coast Bank and Trust Company. If you are using an outdated version, you may need to update it in order to access your account(s) online. End users that try to login without a compatible browser will be redirected to a website to download a new version of the browser.

Statements and certain Other Communications are available in PDF format only. You will need a program that accurately reads and displays PDF files (such as Adobe Reader). If you choose to use a third-party PDF vendor, Gulf Coast Bank and Trust cannot guarantee documents will appear as intended.

 

BIOMETRICS REQUIREMENTS

Fingerprint Login:The Fingerprint Login feature is based on the fingerprint API introduced with Android 6.0 Marshmellow. Some Samsung and Nexus phones do not support Android’s API, event thought the include the hardware on the phone. Those devices are not supported by our Fingerprint Login Feature.

• Google Nexus 7 or later

• Google Pixel first generation or later

• End user registration with Fingerprint Login at the device level

Touch ID and Face ID are only available for login authentication on supported Apple iOS devices. Fingerprint Login and Face Authentication are only available for login authentication on supported Android devices. These login authentication features require end-user registration at the device level.

• Valid email address and telephone number are required

• GPS or native mapping app (Location Services) enabled is recommended

NOTE: To deposit checks with Mobile Deposit functionality, end user must have a mobile device with a rear-facing camera with a resolution of at least 5 megapixels.
